fantastic stay with great service!

This trip was amazing! i especially loved the club room category. it had a fine view!!! the staff were pretty good. They pampered us and ensured our satisfaction. sanad, our housekeeper, was particularly attentive.
the location of the hotel is convenient to the beach. the beach is a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel though. this was a little inconvenient.

The presence of multiple swimming pools allowed for varied relaxation options. I especially liked the readily available towels at each pool area. They are quite practical.

The staff were friendly. That was acceptable.
The room was quite dated and showed wear. the air conditioning barely functioned. It struggled to cool the room, even at its lowest setting. the shower pressure was weak and inconsistent. It made showering frustrating.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The hotel's location is central with cafes and shops nearby. Albert at the acqua pool provided really good customer service, which improved my stay greatly. Mohamed at the front desk was also very cute, which i appreciated a lot. The hotel offers multiple pools to choose from.

The hotel has two restaurants. One is named boharat restaurant, and i consider it delicious. The restaurants provide variety of food with proper service from the waiters. I really liked the beach bar chefs, eissa and chef karim for their super service and quality.
